The Truth has been described as, "That which Eternally Is." Tidbits as I see it here, are morsels of juicy "soul food." My intention through these weekly mailings is to awaken us more fully to the spiritual components of why we do what we do, which produces our human experience. My desire is to facilitate our smoother passage through the sometimes choppy waters between the invisible and the visible. With increased skill at whatever we do, we gain a deeper understanding of how powerfully in dominion we are of our consciousness, and therefore of our lives and well being. So, without further ado...here we go. Volume 1, Issue 1 of Truth Tidbits!

A wise one once said that, "Nothing happens to us, it happens through us." When we scan the landscape of our lives and are willing to gain a deeper understanding gleaned from this perception, we are drawn to new conclusions about why it all turned out the way it did. It becomes more apparent that whatever I chose, decided and did had to be motivated by either a conscious or subconscious pattern of thoughts, feelings and beliefs. This is what we ultimately act from...this invisible package that comprises our deepest thoughts, feelings and attitudes. Then, somehow, the creative process of Life receives the energetic impression of these ideas, acts from and upon them and presto...the people, circumstances and things that show up in my life, look just like these ideas. Now here's the rub. We don't always know we had this going on interiorly. Which clearly points us to the importance and excitement of realizing that given this is the way it is, does it not then behoove us to be more definite, clear and inspirationally drawn to what is possible, rather than to unwittingly be "acted upon" again and again, by life's "happenings?"

Bottom LIne to Contemplate This Week: Am I willing to awaken more consciously to what I desire and to what is going on in my inner world of thoughts, feelings and belief patterns?

Affirmative Prayer: I make up my mind from a clearer understanding that my mind is one with Universal Divine Mind. Therefore, I think as God thinks. I select from a more enticing list of Infinite Possibilities which in an expanded way now inform me as to what to do and how to do it. I no longer choose to be reactive to old, unknown tendencies, patterns and beliefs. I decide today and every day from what serves the highest and best aspects and inclinations of my spiritual nature. I act from the creative impulse of my Divine Identity and I move into action with faith and with the certainty that there is a Universal Creative Power that receives my thoughts and acts upon them...truly creating a new experience of the greater Self God Is, as me. I gratefully acknowledge and give thanks that this is so and this is the way it really is!
